Investigators performing human and animal studies at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center must submit documentation of compliance with Partners Human Research Committee (PHRC)/ Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) regulations, respectively. We cannot assign imaging time or allow use of the Center’s imaging resources without this documentation. Documents will be kept in the investigator’s file at the Martinos Center and used by the Martinos Center staff to verify adherence to protocol. Please help us keep this information up to date.
The following documents must be submitted for each protocol:
- Most recent IRB or IACUC approval letter for protocol
- Electronic copy of complete IACUC application with all affiliate files (for animal studies)
- Electronic copy of any protocol amendments and amendment approval letters
